Humberto Nilo Chile
Born in Santiago, Chile on 1954. Artist, multimedia and netartworker. Has developed his work within the graphic, painting, sculpture, installations, photography and video. Over the last two years he has extended his interest to Mail Art.

B.A. in Fine Arts, Painting, School of Fine Arts, University of Chile.

Has taught in several chilean universities, as Director of the Plastic Arts Dept. of the University of Chile and consultant in investigation programs among others. His works can be found in public and private chilean and foreign collections.

Member of ALAP( Asociación Latinoamericana de Artists Plásticos) and the Association of Independent Artists and Intelectuals of Chile.

Has shown his works in individual and collective shows in Chile, in adition to participating in Biennals and International Art events in Israel, Argentina, Francie, Yugoeslavia, Peru, Brasil, United States, Germany, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, South Africa, Spain, India and Canada.
